I accidently erased my Rock file from BB Manager…lucky they have dummy proofed the card so when I put it in the BB the file is still there …its just not in my manager …can anyone tell me how to retrieve it?

Import the project into your BBManager again via Import-Export > Import Project from Pedal. Make sure to select the root of the drive where Windows mounted your SD card at!
