I, finally, got tired of not being able to play Slipknot with the BB so I decided to put the time in and make it. This one was a doozy, mainly because of all the weird time signature changes in Slipknot, but I managed to get them in, as they are supposed to be, while technically still being in 4:4. I borrowed the drums and intro from Phil Flood’s version of Franklin’s Tower, so hats off to him for that! The zip contains three versions all use Santana Piano & Organ.
v1 (OPB): Is the whole thing complete with segue riffs
v2 (OPB): Is just Help on the Way>Slipknot
v3 (Jam): Is broken down into segments. The first (put in as the “intro”) is all of Help on the Way > Slipknot and the intro to Franklin’s Tower. The second part (main) is the verse/chorus of Franklin’s Tower. The third (outro) is the Slipknot outro riff.
