HELP! The tempo button won't let me change the BPM

Hi guys, I’m currently on version 4.1.3…and I can’t change the BPM of the tempo, yes I can enter the folder by pressing the button…but I can’t change the bpm…could you tell me something?
any solution?

Go to your pedal settings menu and twist the tempo button to roll thru the menu settings. Does it work?

If not, unplug your pedal and let it sit for 5 minutes and then plug it back in.

If that doesn’t work, download a fresh copy of the firmware and install it on your SD card.

You may end up having to contact support@singularsound.com for help.

Please let us know what it takes to get your pedal working again.
