Help with beats with bass

Hi guy’s

Used my beatbuddy for some years now and love it

Never really got into having a bass line with a beat I know how clever some of you guys are on here and probably can’t believe I don’t know how to achieve this

If there is anyone willing to show me a video that would be ideal or clear easy instructions on how to achieve it including the downloading of it and how to get it onto my beatbuddy

I do know how to download normal beats

Hope someone has the time to help me

The general principles of the tutorial can be applied to any digital audio workstation (DAW). Although most DAWs have a learning curve, it’s going to make BeatBuddy (BB) song creation easier.

I think without someone showing me i will struggle

I would like to download a song from forum with bass

What do I need to do?

Are there many to choose from in the forums?

I’m not sure anyone thinks of the users here as incompetent when they reach out with questions or ask for help.

Go to this link and read some of the topics I’ve posted. While you’re at it, download and expand the zip file for the song. You’ll want to use the v2 song as it is a one-press with bass (OPB). Make an effort to find the user-created drum set and download it as well. Are you using the BBM or the new BBMO? Depending on your answer, I’ll post more details tomorrow.

Hi

managed to find the kit

tried to download it and it took me to drobox and and said cant download

Even when I put drum kits in the search it brings up something I don’t understand

close to giving up….. I’m so poor at this

Are you referring to this kit? SUB-Std Pro PL Bass 0-31

If so, here’s a link to the kit Dropbox

  • Click on the blue font text, above (Dropbox)
  • Once Dropbox opens, click on the download button in the upper right and the file should download to your computer
  • Unzip (extract) the file to your desktop; there are two kits in the folder
  • Use the BBM - File - Import - Drum set (navigate to the desktop to open the folder with the kits and select the SUB-Std Pro PL Bass 0-31.drm file)
  • Once imported to the BBM, click on the Drum sets tab in the BBM and scroll to the bottom of the list of drum sets
  • Check the box for SUB-Std Pro PL Bass 0-31
  • Save the project
