The phone goes right to voice mail.
Although I did get an email right away when browsing the site to get help. I replied to the email trying to get help and it kicked back.
Hopefully I can find a way to get the help I need. Circular emails when you don’t know why the product is not working less than effective.

Since you’ve already emailed support@singularsound.com you can expect a reply as soon as Daniel clears the other tickets in the queue ahead of yours. Just make sure that his reply does not land in your email junk or spam folders.
You can also give forum users a chance to help you by starting a new thread and describing the details of the issues or questions you have.
