How do you start a conversation?

I was wanting to get a hold of Phil for the Ludwig classic drums and bass But I don’t know how to get a message to him. I read somewhere how to do this but just can’t find it right now…ugh…
Ok I just found some more info on this and I don’t have hyperlinks to an individual I’m trying to start a message with. I click on my mail icon and there is no choice to start one either.

I just bought the Ludwig set and I’m trying to do the same thing, but can’t figure out how to send a message or start a conversation.
