but where is the button “post”?
If you’re on the main category screen or even in a reply window, you should see a big blue dot on the bottom right. When you hover over it, it expands to + New Topic. Click it.

Try again. You should see the New Topic blue button. If you don’t, close and the then reopen your browser.
