I need help syncing the Aeros to the Alesis SR16 since I have to choose the tempo from the Aeros song settings and on rare occasions the synchronized icon appears on the Aeros, sometimes it shows that it is not synchronized at all.

To sync the Aeros to the Alesis SR16, you should connect the Aeros MIDI OUT to the Alesis MIDI IN. Then, go to the settings on the Aeros, select MIDI, and under MIDI OUT, make sure that the Aeros is set as the transmitter, not the receiver.
