Hi there. At this moment I have my guitar plugged into the L (mono) and my bass into the IN R. My guitar is fine volume wise but the bass is only barely audible through the amp. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Interesting problem, does the bass have any issue being loud when you connect it to the amp directly? Is the volume on the bass all the way up?
Have you tried comparing how loud the guitar is in the amp directly versus the loudness of the bass directly? I would suggest this just to make sure it is not a problem with the bass. Then, maybe try swapping out the cables you are using making sure it’s not the cable.
