Intro not in sync

I give it up now!
I’m trying since yesterday to get the intro of the song “500 Miles from the Hooters” in such a way that the Midi Sync works. If I separate the part after the intro, the synchronization is going on, but if I run the whole song with intro, then everything has slipped.

Can someone help me?

A beat has to be put in the very begging and at the very end so I put a beat with a very low velocity in the first 1/4 of the first measure and a beat in the last 1/4 of the last measure.
