Is it possible to import from a drum machine to a complete song? I have a number of tunes that are sequenced on a drum machine and wonder if it’s possible to import the complete song from beginning to end into the BeatBuddy?
There are a couple of threads on using a complete midi file for the drum part so that you have the entire song start to finish rather than broken into parts. Now the question that you are asking is exporting the midi data on a drum machine. You will need to check the manual for that particular unit (Alesis, Boss, Zoom). They may or may not have a midi export function or USB transfer option. So you’ll have to check that particular unit.
