As soon as I connect my MM to BB the BPM goes to 300 and becomes completely unresponsive. Am I doing something wrong. All the videos I watch folks just plug it in, set it to bb mode and they are off to the races.

Thought I had seen a reply earlier to this very question and the suggestion was to check your MIDI connections to ensure you hadn’t created a loop.
Try connecting the MIDI Out from the MIDI In of the BB and see if that helps.

That did it. I thought I was supposed to create a loop.
