Issue with content download

I purchased a download only pack of the groove monkey 2024 lib on Wednesday. I followed all the instructions and copied the files to a new 32GB SD card. Despite doing this numerous times when I try to load the new lib into my BB it either says no sd card, or simply loads the original content lib that comes with the machine. I then tried loading the files into the BB manager software. This time I can see all there songs but the drum kits appear to be the same as the default ones and I certainly cannot find the Ludvig Vintage kit that I have seen advertised. I think it might be easier if you posted me the SD card already loaded as this issue is driving me crazy. Plus it was not cheap £152 is a lot for a collection of beats and songs that won’t load into my machine. I have been dealing with Jay in your support team but nothing is working as yet.

Groove Monkee has instructions on how to import their files to BBM and/or BBMO and then subsequently syncing to the SD card. Were either of the procedures linked below are what you tried or similar?

The Vintage Ludwig Drumset kit was once available to be purchased, but I don’t believe it’s available any longer.

The Groove Monkee content does not include any drum sets so all you can expect are the default content drum sets that come with the BeatBuddy (BB).
