I like the jazz/swing tunes on the Premium library. But, what I’ve found is that they don’t seem to have any kick drum or any percussion that would set a “drive” to them. Instead, they’re all pretty mellow, and mostly seem to use brushes. If you’re looking to use them for an uptempo jazz tune – a “Just in Time,” or “I Get A Kick Out of You,” etc., it would be nice to have something that emphasizes the beat – a bit of kick drum, and a bit of snare or something to differentiate.
Does anyone have a tune that adopts the jazz/swing tunes, but adds a bit more use of a bass/kick drum?
