Hi, I dont think its related to my browser. I normally use Chrome too, but I’ve also tried it using Edge on Windows 10, with the same result.
Hello I’m in Guadeloupe, just received my BeatBuddy but hey trying to load the premium web page to access new drum loops is like trying to watch an online HD video with windows95. Yes thats correct it takes forever to load… and then fails… How is this possible, this is 2021 right ?

You could also try Chrome to see if that loads any faster; also make sure that you don’t have a firewall that’s blocking access to the Singular Sound site.
Thanks for the info, havent tried chrome, only firefox and edge, but will give it a go and will disable the firewall. Have to go out now so I’ll try again later, thx again cheers, Sam
