I’ve just update my beat buddy after not using it for years. It doesn’t show ballads in my library. ( I just have basic … no extras purchased). The first option is blues. Do i have to buy something else or download something else? Thanks
I think there in SS webpage there is a link to download the basic song collection I’ll find the link if I have time
Well I think I how to download more beats. “Default library I put it on the sd card and put the card back In the beat buddy and it doesn’t seem to change my selections

Recommend you download the entire Default Content Library and use it to begin learning to use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) Online which has replaced the no longer supported BeatBuddy Manager (BBM).

Is there any chance I mess up my sd card while trying to add default library and make my beat buddy un-useable? This makes me nervous.
I don’t think so. It’s only possible when you are installing new firmware But then again that is also done through the sd-card
The process is usually low risk but before you try to restore your Ballads-mini genre folder or replace your Default Content 2.1, probably best to back up the project on your computer as well as your SD card. This way you’ll reduce the risk of anything happening. If you have a particular folder for gigs in your project, use the BBM or the BBMO to export that folder to your desktop. Once you’ve installed the Default Content 2.1 Backup, you can import that folder. When you are satisfied that everything is working the way you want it on your computer, use the BBMO to Sync your project to your SD card Just follow the instructions for working with the BBMO.
