Long press to override overdub on ROP

As discussed with Brennan, when you’re doing soundscapes, you often want seamless overdubs, so ROP is the way to go, but sometimes you do want to also put down something that has no overdubs, such as a rhythmic or melodic line, but ROP currently makes that impossible due to the instant switch to O.

Simply have it so if you hold for a long press after the initial record, it ends the recording and goes right into play. Problem solved.

I kind of assumed everyone did, as everyone always uses these acronyms, including SS.
