Looking for Beatbuddy count in MIDI

I’d like to build some one press songs. And I’d like to take the standard beat buddy count in and build it into the one press at times. Does anyone have something similar to the standard count in (4 sticks) as a MIDI file I can use?

I think the count in is just cross stick on each beat.

Here’s a midi file with four beats on the cross stick.
