Posting on behalf of a friend.
We are receiving the attached error message while trying to launch BBManager "Unable to create workspace.
Mac is running OS X 10.9.5

Well, try choosing a different location then! 
Yeah I’ve moved it around to a few different locations, same result, flipping strange, worked no problems on my MacBook
I would delete BBManager, and started from a clean download again then.
Yep no worries, will try that.
