Hello SingularSound, I’m getting the same message described in the linked thread:
Song with MSB:- and PC:2 not found.
This happens when sending from MidiMaestro a LSB (CC:32) for BeatBuddy, I understand that Aeros should ignore it, I’m not sending any MSB (CC:0).

The conclusion is that unfortunately there is no solution to the issue.
In the way I have configured BeatBuddy and Aeros, BeatBuddy will always send a MSB:- which Aeros will get and will issue the warning message, which is unnecessary, since there is no song select setup for MSB:-, it should always be MSB:0 or greater, so I think Aeros should not send any message when gets a MSB:-.
On the side of BeatBuddy, the setup option:
MIDI-OUT → Song/Folder Select → Disable
is not working as it should, if it is Disable, then it should not be sending any MSB and then the problem would be gone, that’s what I would expect. There are 2 other options: “Default Mode” and “Aeros Mode”, which provides the required functionality, as I see it, “Disable” does exactly the same as “Default Mode”.
Hopefully both issues are corrected in the future, al least with one the problem would be solved.

If I understood correctly, you’re sending the song select message from the MIDI Maestro to the BeatBuddy. By default, the BeatBuddy forwards this message to the Aeros.
To resolve this issue, you can go to MIDI-OUT → Song/Folder Select and disable that option. Just make sure that the MIDI OUT setting on the BeatBuddy is set to MIDI OUT (not MIDI Merge or MIDI Thru). This will ensure the BeatBuddy only sends the messages it generates.
I need to configure in BeatBuyddy MIDI OUT → MIDI Merge, because I’m also sending other midi commands from myy iPad app BandHelper to BeatBuddy and Aeros.
I think BeatBuddy should be capable of let the other commands go thru without sending additional CC:- when song select.
Please go to settings by pressing the drum set and tempo knob at the same time. From there, navigate to Main Pedal > MIDI Settings > MIDI Out and choose MIDI Merge.
I already have BeatBuddy configured MIDI OUT → MIDI Merge, but with that configuration the BeatBuddy sends CC:- and the Aeros displays the message “Song with MSB:- and PC:2 not found”", so as said before, there is no solution for the unnecessary message.
