In the settings page, there are two parameters which correspond to the reaction of the aeros when it receives a midi message: “start”.
These two parameters are “record” and “playback”. We can select or deselect them independently.
I am in beta version 2.15.5 and the aeros doesn’t react as it should when it receives a midi message “START”.
I don’t know if this problem has already been reported.
Hey there, could you be more specific about what isn’t working and what settings you have on specifically, also what device is sending the MIDI Start? Thank you.
When I start with my Yamaha MoXF
Playback On record On ->Aeros playback (nok)
Playback On record Off ->Aeros playback (ok)
Playback Off record On ->Nothing happens (ok)
Playback On record Off-> Nothing happens (ok)
When I start with my Sourceaudio soleman
Playback On record On ->Aeros record (ok)
Playback On record Off ->Aeros record (nok)
Playback Off record On ->Nothing happens (ok)
Playback On record Off-> Nothing happens (ok)
A three choice button will be more simple (off/play/record).
This morning, I experimented with another material, a korg electribe sampler 2.
It seems that the problem is there:
When loading an empty loop, record works, playback too.
But when the loop has been used, the record function (when the aeros receives the midi message “start”) no longer works.
