Too bad I have the same message (EEPROM INVALID) across top three screens AND the procedure above did not take the unit to 1.6.X - so, I will also be reaching out to support via a trouble ticket.

Are you using iOS or Android; which version? iOS 18.2 has been reported as not working.
The latest versions are 1.8.0 for the iOS app (1.8.2 for Android) and 1.1.9 for the firmware. Please make sure you are updating to those versions.
Did you also update the Default Modes?
I attempted the updates with iOS 18.1.1 on both iPhone 15 and iPad. Failed.
Using and older version iOS solved the problem. I was SUCCESSFUL with BOTH the firmware and default mode upgrades. Thanks for your support.

Any word from Singular Sound when iOS 18.1.1 will be supported without downgrading our platforms?
We are investigating it but I did find this on another thread, not sure if there’s anything we can do at the moment but there does appear to be a workaround, maybe some quirk of 18.2
