I can’t import preset to the MM it tells me that the timeout is over and it doesn’t sync, I already tried with iPhone and android.

I don’t know if this will help but see if you can update the iOS version to v1.4.2

on Android check that Location icon is enable also

Hello there,

Please make sure you do not have your phone paired to the MM directly, the app on your phone will connect to the MM, if you pair your phone the app will not work correctly.
