Midi to DMX without a computer?

Hi,
does anyone know a way to synchronize lights to the beat without a computer ? I’d like to connect my BeatBuddy to a DMX interface the easiest (and cheapest) way. It works well through QLC+ software on a laptop but I’d like to get rid of a computer on stage as I already have a lot of stuffs to deal with (all other members are pure technophobes …). So I’d like a simple MIDI to DMX interface with just basic controls, beat would be enough.
Thanks for your ideas

I check that. Thanks, Persist

For those who could be interested by the subject, I found an interface on the web that could probably do the trick (need some more investigations) : DOREMIDI MTD_1024

@Vince44 I use that (well, not that much yet, hehe, very simple setup but will expand). I send MIDI commands to it and I have it programmed to send the corresponding DMX command I need. It has worked flawlessly in the small number of tests I’ve tried it.
