It looks like the MIDI implementation has unique MIDI values for many many functions which is nice in many ways and super flexible… However! I simply want a remote version of the footswitches. I’m using an AIRSTEP midi controller with 5 footswitches. I can’t seem to find a way to simply map the footswitches on AIRSTEP to the 4 footswitches on the Aeros… The Aeros footswitches functions can change depending on context. Is it possible to send MIDI CCs that map to the footswitches themselves, not every individual function which is context dependent? Thanks.
I want to piggyback on this. I just got a chocolate plus to mimic the aeros buttons…
Hello,
All the MIDI values for the Aeros can be found in the MIDI sheet. If you’d like to see a new MIDI value for the main switches, please feel free to post a feature request.
Thanks. Opened a feature request
Hi, did you manage to resolve this yet?
Hi Jack,
Could you please specify what you would like to achieve so we can better understand the issue and help you accordingly?
It’s exactly the same as the original post, being able to replicate via midi the physical aeros buttons (whose functions change of course , arm is a good example) the original poster launched a feature request and i am wondering if it ever happened and if so how it works? I am on 5.4.5
Forgot to say, my goal is to have the aeros at eye level (on a mic stand) so i can operate by foot with minimal distraction . It’s a great looper but for playing live it’s a real pain in the neck (literally)
Or of course, a remote display ?
