Mucho problems with BBMO (well, two, anyway)

Hey folks!

New BBer here, using Vivaldi on Mac and reading from the SD card:

  1. In BBOM, when looking at Songs, every song I click on generates an error: “JavaScript from [your site address]: Error reading song” and then it lists the name of the song. I confirmed JavaScript is enabled in the browser. I’m using a fast 32GB Delkins SD card that I formatted this morning with FAT32.

  2. When I try to upload content from Groove Monkey (I own a bunch of their stuff), I get into the “Other Mappings” directory and Into the BB directory. I can see inside the directory, and I can see the .pbf file but it is grayed out and I cannot select it. So I can’t import anything.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks so much for your help, Kevin

P.S. FWIW, count me as one vote for a desktop app. I just like 'em better because they often have less problems.

Hi Kevin,

Please send all relevant files, a screen recording, your OS version, and any other pertinent details to support@singularsound.com, and I’ll be happy to assist you further.

Hi Kevin, Russ from Groove Monkee here. Sorry to hear about your issues.

I just installed Vivaldi on my Mac and was able to import one of our PBF files. For the record, I imported a project from my hard drive.

You probably already thought of this but did you enable writing to the SD card? As you know, it’s the little switch on the side of the SD card.

Have you tried exporting your BB project to hard drive and opening it there?
