I am not having much luck with getting the beatbuddy manager software working.
This is what I am getting when installed on my Windows 7 computer:
[ATTACH=full]1948[/ATTACH]
The software does not even open.
I also followed the directions to update the firmware and the LCD screen displayed updating firmware for about 4 hours at which point I decided to unplug it.
Finally I tried installing the beatbuddy manager software on my Mac Air and of course once again I can not import any of the songs or see anything that is on the SD card.
Has anyone ever encountered these issues? If so please offer a solution because I am about to return it.
