Has anyone found a more reliable BB MIDI breakout cable? The one I have on my pedalboard has become a bit flaky, and the brand-new-in-bag backup (three years old, never out of the packaging) doesn’t accept MIDI-IN.
Is there a better alternative out there? It’s a PS2 to MIDI cable, correct?
Make your own, (if you can do some soldering). use a ps2 keyboard cable and some din plugs, it will be much more reliable than the SS breakout cable. Schematics can be found in the forum
I think this is what was posted before…no guarantees, I held it for when I want to build my own as well. Credit to the original author is implied…I just can’t find the post.
