Hi, and welcome. At the top of the desktop version of the forum, there is a link “Support” Support – Singular Sound
Click on it and it will take you to a page for downloads of all of the company’s products and manuals. Scroll down to the BeatBuddy section.
Before you get started and if you have not done it yet, I’d suggest the following steps to get the most out of your BeatBuddy system.
-
Download and read the manual https://singularsound-publicly-downloadable.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/manuals/BeatBuddy+Manual+(Firmware+4.1.3)_PRINTER.pdf
-
Download and read the Quick Start Guide https://singularsound-publicly-downloadable.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/manuals/BeatBuddy_Manager_v1.6.4_v1.6.5_Quickstart_Guide.pdf
-
Download and install the BeatBuddy Manager software
-
Download and hold off on installing the firmware until you’ve read the manual and guide
-
You can probably get by with deleting the files on your corrupt SD card and checking that it’s formatted as MS-DOS (FAT32)—if not format it and then only after you’ve installed the BBM app, copy the SD card full backup file https://mybeatbuddy.s3.amazonaws.com/BeatBuddy_Default_Content+2.1-Project-SD_Card_Backup.zip
-
Double click the SD card full backup file to your desktop and then copy the contents of the BeatBuddy Default Content 2.1 - Project folder to your SD card
-
Use your BBM File - Open Project and navigate to your SD card and click on Open (or OK)
-
Follow the prompts to copy the project to your computer and accept the prompt for future synchronization
