I have a few questions and was hoping to get some help. I just received an email about new Doors beats that are available. How do I get them on the SD card? Also is it possible to load specific bands/beats on individual SD cards? Thank you,

To accomplish both of these, I believe you’re going to need to use the Beat Buddy Manager. Open it and sync it to your SD card (I insert the SD card into the card reader on my laptop, but you can also use the cable that came with your BB). Then File>Import the songs.
In BBM, Projects are essentially sets of songs, and you can map Projects to SD cards if you so choose. So you can save a Project called (for example) SD1-Solo, another called SD2-Duo-With-Bob, and so on.
