Incapable de synchroniser un achat de beats que je viens d’acheter car main loop manquant sur piste rock 12. Les beats originaux sur la piste 12 sont manquants ainsi que les piste 13 et 14 .

Unable to synchronize a purchase of beats I just bought because missing main loop on rock track 12. The original beats on track 12 are missing as well as tracks 13 and 14.

Please try downloading and importing the beats you purchased again.

  • Download and unzip the files
  • Delete the bad folders or songs In the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM)
  • Use the BBM to import the folders or songs

It sounds like your download might not have been complete.

Thank you for the answer and your help but it still doesn’t work ! I can see and hear all RHCP beats but now i can’t have access to the synchronize project selection . I have tried different things and it’s not a success.

If you are using a Mac, use File - Export - Project to SD card and you will be able to synchronize until you quit the BBM or restart your computer. This is a known bug

I use Windows and it’s now on my sd card. The RHCP songs play well with my BB.
