Newbie frustrated can’t import anything

I have the premium library. I created two set list and imported songs from the library into the lists with no problems. The problems all started when I started to create (new project folder) a new song (folsom prison blues 180bpm). Very simple to start. Exported, no problems. Now not only can’t I import folsom prison, I can’t Import anything??? I get this pop up.

Try this:

  • make sure your project is saved to your user/documents/bbworkspace/user_lib/projects folder on your computer
  • quit the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) and then open it
  • delete the song you previously exported
  • use the BBM > File > Export > Song to your desktop
  • use the BBM to try importing the song again
