I received my Beat Buddy and was excited to use it, but when I plug it in, nothing happens at all. I tried it with just the power supply and nothing. Tried it with an output cable from L Out to the amp; still nothing. I sent a support request and haven’t heard anything. I have waited all of this time, literally months on end, only to have a doorstop sent to me.
Please help.
This is really strange, does LED screen lighten when powered on? What power supply do you use?

So, I figured out the problem - it’s a bad power supply. Once I switched to another power supply, it came right up and was perfect. Really love it - incredibly unique in the industry and a lot of fun.
