My beat buddy has just started to put out a nasty hum when powered on. I have tracked it down to the output Jack (left mono). Is there a preferred Jack to replace it with. I am in Australia. Can SS sell me the preferred parts? I will replace both jacks. I have only had it 10 years, does nothing last?

You can try contacting Support but users have previously asked if repair parts were available from Singular Sound and the answer was always “no.”
Your jack might have a bad solder joint or it could be that the spring metal has worn out and is no longer making solid contact with the tip of your patch cable jack.
