Was playing earlier today, took a break (didn’t turn it off) and came back, changed a song and the screen says “unable to read sd card”. Tried power cycle, reinsert sd card, the BB is not seeing it. Plugged sd card into my computer and my pc started lagging badly, unable to recognize sd card or open it in the editor. This is the factory 4gb card. Now after putting it back in the BB, the screen flashes “starting” for 10 seconds, blanks out, and repeats. Any other ideas?
If you are using a backup card, try it. If it’s still doing the same as the original, contact support@singularsound.com
If the backup card is good, try reformatting the original card as FAT32.
