Partial recording midi clock sync

Hi,

When I record a loop synchronized from a master clock, the aeros doesn’t play back the entire loop. Some elements from the last measure are missing.

My setup consider an MPC (master clock) and a aeros (slave clock).

When I record a sound source (my guitar on the video), the aeros missed someting…where is the 3/4 of the last bar?

Hello,

Could you please confirm the firmware version currently installed on your Aeros?

If it is not the latest, could you please update to version 5.4.5 and let us know if the issue still persists after the update?

I confirm, my aeros have the last firmware

Hey there,

Please make sure that your Aeros’ tempo is the same as the incoming tempo, and that the Aeros is set to receive clock as the receiver

In the stopped state, if the tempos are not matching the Aeros tempo will be shown in red. You should also see a little clock icon next to the BPM that shows a small arrow pointing into the clock. This means the Aeros is receiving sync.

If you can reproduce and then show us the stopped screen that would be helpful
