Probably not.
Buy a Digitech fs3x footswitch. I have the fs300 (old version) and the right switch is wired to act like the two others pressed together.
Another method is using a MIDI controller with multiple assigns pr switch. I use a PrimovaSound MIDX20 to tap tempo while playing a foot hi-hat at the same time.
