Jstrausss has a couple good choices there. After listening to them, I am betting it is a remix of one of the two songs he suggests. Check on YouTube for a remix of All Around Then World. I think it was the T-Mass remix that best fit Jaxtor’s description. That said, the Kylie Minogue song does actually start with the La La La La La La La La. But, I didn’t hear a male singer come in. That’s why I think it might be a remix of one of those two songs.
