Premium Music Previously Paid For

I can’t find the multiple albums/content that I bought for my Beatbuddy a couple of years ago and need to download all of it I bought as my computer was previously wiped out.

Any ideas why my account doesn’t show any of that info on Singular Sound?

I’ll write them there as well, but I figured I’d get some answers faster here.

I had: Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Billy Joel and drumsets I purchased.

Did you sign in to My Account | Premium Library for BeatBuddy (library dot mybeatbuddy dot com/my-account). It is not on the the singularsound.com site and the passwords for each could be different The content that I had purchased is still available ( I just logged in) and I have downloaded a while ago to create backups to a cloud storage account and locally on a couple hard drives. If you can’t find it where I noted, you’ll likely need to contact Singular.

Hey, I’ve run into the same panic before—turns out Singular Sound’s storefront has gone through a couple of overhauls, and some older purchases don’t automatically appear in the “My Downloads” section unless a CS rep relinks them to your current login.

If you originally checked out as a “guest” or used a different address (e.g., a PayPal email), the downloads sit under that identity. Try logging in with any alternate emails you might have used back then and see if the files pop up.
