Hi all
I dropped my pedalboard and unfortunately bent the “Tempo” knob. I can no longer access the secondary menu by pushing down the tempo knob. I am thinking I need to get a new pot (I’m outside warranty period) and have emailed singular sound to no avail.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can get through to them and get the necessary parts? Otherwise the unit is working great.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
