Hi, technically incompetent newbie question here. I downloaded COPPERHEAD_ROAD.sng to my Desktop but have no idea how to add it to my BeatBuddy Manager. What are the steps?

  1. Use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) > File > Import > Song
  2. Browse the user guide to get an idea of how to use the software :laughing:

tried to download this song - nothing comes in - all fields are blank can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong

Once you download, double-click to unzip and then use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) to Import>Song

CORRECTION: I just downloaded and tested the song and it works. Sometimes the system burps when downloading so you can try downloading again.

But, if you downloaded the file to your Dropbox, or if the file has a .zip extension and it doesn’t import and play in the BBM correctly, try removing the .zip extension and then use the BBM to Import>Song.
