I know this post is old! But it still seems relevant for those of us who want to use ritardandos in our outros. (or, I suppose, tempo changes at any point in a song)

I cannot register an account on the old forum (and therefore cannot access the files posted there), and I don’t see the files attached to any messages in this thread on the new form.

I’m mostly interested in the PDF, but the MIDI files might be crucial to understanding the process.
