Set up on new BB manager on new laptop

I have the BB manager set up on an old laptop and am setting it up on my new laptop, so I have my SD card already set up what is the best process to get the songs from my sd card into the BB manager on the new laptop.

Use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) File - Open Project and navigate to your SD card; open; follow the prompt to save project to your computer bbworkspace folder and save it there. Accept the prompt for future synchronization with this card.
