Setting up global accent hit on BB2

I’ve searched for info on this, and none of the suggestions work. I go to settings, and the switch, specific button on the switch and set everything, but, in trying it, this is specific song only, and not global. Is there a setting somewhere else? In BBMO? Any help appreciated

A little troubleshooting first.

Check that the EFFECTS folder in your project folder has .wav files. You can find the EFFECTS folder on either your computer desktop project folder or in the SD card. If the EFECTS folder has .wav files, it should work.

  • You set the Global Accent Hit on your pedal. p97 of the BeatBuddy 2 Official User Manual; follow the instructions on how to get to the Audio setting on your pedal.
  • Audio > Accent Hit > Source (make sure Global is checked)
  • Press Select to find a suitable Global Hi and click on it
  • Press Volume for the level you want
  • Check thatthe footswitch’s While Playing (or While Paused/Stopped) action is set to Accent Hit otherwise your pedal won’t trigger the hit.
