Tone button not letting me get to settings to update or download anything.My tone button is a little bent,bought it this way.Who repairs these?
It’s either the Drum Set or Tempo knobs and they’re called digital encoders. You can contact Support, support@singularsound.com and ask if they can provide you a part number. You’ll probably have to try and source the part yourself and pay someone to replace it.
Those two knobs shouldn’t have anything to do with downloading content though, that’s done using the BBMO or the legacy app, the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM).
