Yes, you can using the BBM Drum Set Maker. There are several tutorials on the forum on how to do so.

Persist is, of course, correct in that you can add a shaker to a drum kit using the Beat Buddy Manager drum set maker. But, unless you are placing that shaker in a midi location that is already being triggered by the .sng, you won’t hear it. If, for example, you add the shaker at midi 83, where Singular sometimes puts one, you would need to have a midi that has notes at midi 83. You can make minor edits to midi files within a song using the Beat Buddy midi editor. But, many find it simpler to edit or create midi in a third party midi editor, like Logic, Cubase, Audacity, etc.
