Show MIDI bank/song details in BBM

MIDI song selection is a great feature, but trying to figure out the bank/program numbers isn’t the easiest thing in the world!

How about adding an indicator of some sort to the song in BBM that shows the bank/program number to send to select that song. I’ve had synths (Fantom) and also guitar effects pedals (Helix) that show that information and it’s really useful.

This is mostly fixed in the upcoming release. The midi song id will be permanent
