Simple 1- or 2-button MIDI Switch

Is anyone aware of a single (or dual) MIDI switch that can be programmed to send a single CC value, or toggle between two? I need to be able to trigger fills and transitions remotely from my pedal, because I like to move around on stage, and I am currently tethered to my pedalboard during solos.

I need something very small, since I have to essentially “hide it” on the stage.

It does. It sort of cements my conviction that the DMC-Micro is the answer.
