I have the complete collection but finding it hard to find smooth jazz suitable rhythms.

I my self find those kind of beats mostly in the funk section, for the first one I would choose funk 4 with the world percussion drumset if you have, or the normal percussion drumset at 98 bpm. For the second I would choose funk 8 same drumset at 74 bpm. See if you like it, it’s not exact, but it might be usable for you. Most drumsets are too harsh on the snare.

A package such as you describe is not presently available from Singular Sound.

You can use the Jazz genre default content beats to build your own songs.

You can also request songs on the forum but your request will likely be filled with one-press variants.

If you have some song titles in mind, try searching this forum and giving the songs a trial.
