Software Won't Install on a PC

Fine, so we’re some time away from a Mac version. Dug out my windows laptop and tried to install the software. No go. At first I get the error message: “The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2016.”

Click OK, then Finish.

"Setup Failed. One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issues and then retry setup. For more information see the log file.

Thanks for logs, that’ll definitely help developer team to solve this issue faster.

In the mean time, while we are waiting for an official resolve of the issue, you can use a workaround, if you want to use manager software ASAP and if your operating system is Windows XP, then you can seek further info here - viewtopic.php?f=16&t=443.

Try use the pre-installed version, then download the .reg file (also attached in the topic) and run it.

[Edit]When trying to install, did you first unpack the installer, or run the installer right from an opened archive? I don’t think this will make any difference, but at least you could try.
